Privacy Policy

Apex Signal ("we," "us") provides an algorithmic trading-signals dashboard. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Apex Signal you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used for authentication and account management. We use Supabase for authentication; sign-in is via email magic link or Google sign-in.
• Approximate location. When you use the dashboard we record an approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address via our hosting provider. We do not store your full IP address.
• Usage activity. We record basic activity such as visit counts and the time you last accessed the dashboard, to understand engagement and support the service.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own terms and security standards. We retain a Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
• Preferences. Settings such as your watchlist, indicator toggles, and timeframe, stored to personalize your experience.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the dashboard and its signals.
• To authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
• To understand aggregate usage and engagement.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and approximate geolocation.
• Market-data providers — for price and indicator data shown in the app.

Data retention

We retain account, preference, and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can stop providing location and activity data by discontinuing use of the dashboard.
